Ballmer says MS is bullish on tablets

News No Comments

Thursday, Ballmer told a group of analysts that Microsoft was going after the tablet market. He told them “We have got to make things happen.” Duh.

imageMicrosoft has always been a little late to the technology table, but under Gate’s leadership the geeks seemed to have ruled the hallways.  Thus, Microsoft would scrap it out. Granted, they’d use every tool in they had at their disposal and nobody ever accused them of playing fair.

However, since Ballmer took the reins, Microsoft feels like its been taken over by the golf club swinging yes-men of sales and the pass-the-buck engineers-don’t-understand-business-and-are-replaceable middle management.

Ballmer has missed it.  It’s kinda sad.
